1. Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds may be issued if a technical error prevents tournament creation or participation.
- No refunds will be granted once a tournament has started.
- Subscription or premium fees are non-refundable after activation.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of your payment at service@foxigotech.com. Please include your transaction ID, user ID, and reason for the request.
3. Method of Refund
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- User error, accidental payments, or misuse of features.
- Violation of our Terms of Service.
- Third-party or external payment gateway delays.
